She reviewed my prior policy and pointed out areas where I was not adequately covered. She then found me better coverage at a lower price than I had been paying for years. I first signed up with Marla and her agency in 2010 when we bought our first home. Her team was there to support us through the process of roof damage after a storm in 2014. Though the idea of having to repair our home was stressful, the process was seamless with Nationwide taking care of coordinating a team to mitigate the water buildup and another team to repair the home damage.

They worked with us closely when we sold our home in 2016 and moved across the country to California. We were seamlessly rolled over to another state car policy and from home owners insurance to renters insurance. Being able to work directly with Lindsay made that move much easier. Any time I have had questions or problems they have just been a phone call away.

We are now relocating to MN and unfortunately we cannot stay with Marla's agency. After 8 years I am sad to say goodbye but can say that working with this group gives you the feel of a small company insurance agent with the benefits of a large corporate agency for added convenience. If you are looking for a new agent you will be very happy with this one.
